Pretty decent app but it glitches often. it doesn't show you items in your cart. Also when scrolling through clothes it gets stuck in a loop until you keep on scrolling.
App is horrible. Only downloaded it so I could use coupon code but it wouldn't even accept my express credit even though the card has sufficient credit limit. Then I used a giftcard and it sd it was at a zero balance but yet I called cust service and they sd the giftcard still had a balance. I'm Uninstalling this lowgrade app. Express needs to update their technology.
Cool
This app sucks. You can't see everything from the website, your cart does not transfer if you made it on the website. If you try to get customer service, the chat people disconnect the chat. Also I made an order with points I collected and the order was not filled but my points were taken anyway. This company has really gone downhill. I used to only order bra tanks and leggings from express but now they have nothing available unless you're an XS. The complaints will continue until fixed.

Non stop popups. You'd think if you dismissed it once, it wouldn't come up again on every page
Could be excellent but has (1) 1 major issue and (2) missing a great feature that other apps have. (1) Major issue is that I often have to use the website instead of the app because it will not (a) let me use a coupon & (b) Offer the same product for the sale price. (My shoping cart also has to reload several times to show the items. (2) the NEEDED FEATURE is simply letting the buyer know which items they purchased. This is useful to customers like me who make ofteb make large purchases.
